Acquire Perfect Balance cares about our environment, we try our hardest to ensure our packaging is from a recycled or biodegradable source. Please feel free to reuse this packaging where you can. Our preferred delivery service provider is Australia Post. Unfortunately, not all of Australia Post's parcel packaging is environmentally friendly. Please consider your environment with the careful disposal of any packaging that is not biodegradable. It is our hope that Australia Post will continue to work towards expanding their recycled range.
Delivery of your Goods via Australia Post
Delivery is FREE with all orders over $100 - Australian delivery only
Your orders are packed within 24 hours and it is estimated that standard shipping within Australia can take anywhere from 2 - 10 business days (excluding public holidays), this of course depends upon your location within Australia. Your parcel will come with tracking so you will know where your parcel is and it's expected delivery date.
Please ensure that your address and/or contact details are correct at the point of order. Unfortunately Acquire Perfect Balance is unable to refund the cost of shipping due to incorrect addresses and/or contact details.
International customers: Please note that you will be responsible for any duties or taxes applicable in the destination country.

Customers will be responsible for shipping costs back to Acquire Perfect Balance for returns. In order for the goods to be returned to us in perfect condition we strongly recommend making sure that you return the goods in a secure mail package/satchel. We also recommend you return the goods with postage tracking/insurance as unfortunately, Acquire Perfect Balance is unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that shipping costs are not refundable and the cost will be deducted from the refund accordingly.
